1 Acceptance of Terms

The following conditions govern all transactions:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. 8 Intellectual Property

11 Responsible Gaming

Upon closure of your account, any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered BDT payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided no outstanding disputes, pending verifications, or active bonus conditions apply.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and pgb88 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting pgb88 customer support via live chat.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pgb88's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent ongoing harm to the Platform, its players, or its intellectual property.
